  Excellent company to deal with. Paul visited very soon after initial contact and was thorough and clear on final costs. Very repsonsive to questions and changes on installation dates when it didnt suit me. Cannot fault the customer service I received. Installation- Marc and Leon did an incredible job the 5 days they visited our property. Courteous and professional throughout. Very competitive in comparison to other quotes I received. Good peace of mind with workmanship and materials warranty.

  Thoroughly recommend these guys. Friendly and professional service. The work carried out was meticulous and tidy. Replaced the tudor boards, fascias and guttering to front. Lifts the front of our house and garage. Great communication and so helpful. Reasonably priced and flexible. Thank you so much to you all at Down PVC 🙂

  A few years back (2021)Paul called out and quoted me for a job , I decided to go ahead and book in with him even though I would have to wait 5 months for the job to be started. My father in law had booked in around same time as me to have his facia done also. After waiting 5 months my father in laws job was completed with paul telling him he would be with me in 2 weeks to complete my job, however he never came, I waited a few more MONTHS with no contact so decided to email paul to see what was going on, paul replied that he was having issues with fitters (which was fair enough) and that it would now be February before he could complete my job (I had been booked in from the previous April) nonetheless I was happy to wait as he was having issues out of his control February came and went and paul didn’t show yet again, have had zero contact with him after my last email to him, not even a call or email to explain what was going on. Pretty strange and unprofessional after waiting nearly a year to have some facia board fitted to not show up for a second time without explanation!

  I recently had fascia etc installed by Down pvc.. Could not recommend them highly enough.. Massive thank you to both Paul and Lee for the excellent work and professionalism. Much appreciated..

  Down PVC did my aluminium guttering, fascia & soffit - top class job at a fair price. Very nice tidy guys doing the installation work too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
