  Great job done from Ash and his team, very professional throughout and outstanding quality to detail. Always on hand making sure the work is carried out to a high standard and to answer any questions I had. Kept the job onsite very clean and tidy throughout.   Thoroughly impressive service from beginning to end. We had a significant roof leak around a dormer window in an old house without any obvious source of the water ingress. Ashley was able to come and look within a couple of days and we agreed a plan, which involved updating the lead flashing around the window. A couple of days later we had the quote and shortly after a date for the scaffolding and for work to begin. Ashley’s communication throughout was superb and he did need to discuss extra work which only became apparent after a second inspection with scaffolding in place. His advice regarding what to do was very sensible and we were very glad to have followed this advice or to replace the very worn lead on the dormer roofs. Billy and Tyler, who undertook the work, arrived on time and worked hard over 4 days. The final result was extremely impressive and the leak was successfully sorted. They were friendly, happy to discuss the work whenever we wanted and overall good to have around. Ashley came round the following day to have a look at the new lead. I cannot recommend Prestige Roofing highly enough. They provided a highly expert service and an unbelievable final result. They were clearly very experienced with regard to work on old buildings. He explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed estimate without any hidden fees. The team were punctual and worked incredibly hard to finish the job head of the estimated finish time. They took extra care to protect my property, and the quality of the materials they used was top-notch. The new roof looks fantastic, and I have received several compliments with people asking who completed the works I was really impressed by how courteous and respectful the crew was.
