Then told controllers were not accepted after an employee shook the controllers violently and told me it’s faulty. Was fine before he shook it! I also bought games from here, went to trade a few in as was done and was told the cover photos of the games were fake? YOU GUYS SOLD THEM TO ME! The girl behind the counter has an attitude problem may i add. This store needs a serious re vamp in staff
- ACA Fair ChanceFeb 21, 20261.0It’s a shame to leave this store 1* as when it was located in the sovereign centre it was amazing! Great service, friendly staff and always happy to help. However, since moving to the high street and getting new staff, every time I have been in, the new staff are rude and just don’t seem to want be there, never mind dealing with a customer. I really hope the manager gets things sorted, he did an amazing job in the sovereign centre and will wait and see how the high street store turns out and update my review accordingly.
