  Rob transported me from Stur to the Harbour Hospital, Poole. We had a very pleasant chat on the way. When we were on the George Roundabout, a young driver inadvertently pulled out directly in front of us. Rob reacted quickly, calmly & safely. I will be requesting his services in future.

  Super service. Tried booking a car through their website quite late in the evening for early the following morning. Me, not being that tech savy, struggled! Received a call back, and the booking was confirmed in person. Car arrived the following morning, a few minutes early, which was reassuring, and their driver Jamie was a very convivial individual. Don't often need to use a taxi company but this was by far my best experience. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in future.

  Fantastic experience. Booking was incredibly simple, and I received prompt confirmation with all the details. Our driver, Andy arrived exactly on time for our 4.30am, I was given his contact details in advance in case of any pickup problems. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of room for all six adults, a four year and a one year old, plus luggage (2 large suitcases, 1cabin bag, everyones hand luggage and 2 pushchairs). For a small fee they even looked after our 1 year olds car seat, ready for our return pickup. Thanks to their smooth navigation, we arrived at Bournemouth Airport stress-free and with plenty of time to spare before our flight. Andy also picked us up on our return, again I contacted him as we waited to collect our bags and he was waiting in the car park, both the children's seats were ready for them to use, our luggage was loaded quickly with care. I highly recommend their reliable and professional airport transfer service to anyone traveling!"
