  Empower training and consultancy services is amazing, teaching you a lot about self- harm, suicidal, I have learnt about self- harm and suicidal in this training there nothing that matt don’t explain about this his knowledge is very good

  The training was very informative and well delivered. It improved my understanding of self-harm, ligature risks, risk assessment, and appropriate responses to keep residents safe. The session was useful for my role in mental health care and helped build my confidence in managing these situations professionally

  Thank you to Matt @Empower for a great First Aid at Work course! It was in a central location at SNUFC in Dorset, loved the interactive Annie for CPR training!! Really got a feel for it as had several goes through the day!

  Matthew was a great coach that guided us through every activity, and was very attentive to everyone's needs. As someone who has had very limited experience in this sphere, it was a great learning curb for me as anything was explained properly and wasn't afraid to go over stuff that I may have needed explaining. It was a very informative and well ran session. Session was ran at Sturminster Newton United FC in Dorset.
