  I’ve used John James a lot in the past to buy reclaimed tiles and slates for repairs. Recently just brought a load of new materials for a re-roof I’m starting and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Great knowledge, communication and super helpful. Definitely be using John James a lot more in the future for my materials.

  (Class 1 HGV driver) Made a delivery to this yard, I was sceptical at first with it being out the way and yard being small, so I rang ahead to make sure it was all clear, once I arrived, every single staff member were so friendly and helpful. Even offering me tea and coffee while I was getting tipped. The hospitality was above and beyond. More companies should take a page out of these guys books! Once tipped they made enough room for you to turn around, all staff was watching and fantastic guidance to get you out safely! 5/5 spot on!
