We went in yesterday, just to look at, and consider upgrading our phones, by buying a new handset each. The service we received from TOBY was so good (information, advice) that we decided on the spot to buy the new handsets. Toby went through all the procedures in such a polite, helpful manner - resulting in 2 mobile phone sales. He's a real asset to the business. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Whilst in store asked a member of the Mobile team for advice on using tesco mobile whilst on holiday in new zealand. Was told I would be billed heavily for usage and should buy a sim from an online retailer that i could use whilst there to avoid this. Didn't even go through tescos charges etc or even answer the question if i could just use my phone only on wifi to avoid buying a different sim and coming home to large bill. fine point of the conversation was that they said tesco mobile was rubbish. I've been with them for over 12 years and never had a problem till now.
