Contacted Franks Maintenance to get my kitchen taps replaced, inlet valve + syphon in toilet replaced and new guttering, fascia etc installed. Paul Franks called around and checked out what was required and everything was agreed. Outside work was delayed for a couple of weeks due to weather but inside work was done promptly. Work was very high standard and workmen were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend checking out this company. Thanks

Commitment to Excellence! We have used Franks Maintenance for the past 10 years for everything from a small maintenance job to large building projects. Using other companies always seems to end up being a false economy and we have now learnt not to look elsewhere. Paul Franks and his team are simply the best!

Prompt, reliable and efficient. The engineer managed to locate and fit a new oven over the Christmas period. He saved the day! Would highly recommend.
