- AHAlan Hamshere1 day ago1.0I wanted to trade my samsung flip phone in they said to leave it with them for half an hour, when I got back to the shop they told me they couldn't buy as the hinge was faulty, when I asked him to show where it was faulty he couldn't find the fault, so I sent it back to samsung for the hinge to be replaced or repaired, Samsung said they couldn't find anything wrong with the phone. This is the first and last time I will ever go to the castlepoint store absolute rubbish

They will quickly count the money in front of you, but on a number of occasions, it's been short. Tried short changing wife and I, then on another occasion offered my daughter £140 for an iPad, they counted the money as £140, but when they physically gave it to my daughter, it was only £100, not sure how you can accidentally incorrectly count 7 £20 notes, yet it's only really 5!

Staff were friendly but 7 days later I STILL haven't received my vouchers!!!!!!! You cant call the store but have to contact CEX via email. CEX online customer service is awful which doesnt give me much faith in how they'll be if there is any claim on their warranties. They've made nothing but false promises to sort it out and then ignored my chaser emails. You'd think they'd be keen to process the vouchers considering it means one is going to be usimg them to help buy products from them. DO NOT SELL THROUGH THEM
