- YByvette bSep 19, 20261.0Miserable staff, grunting, quite rude, unhelpful. Certainly would not recommend. Shocking customer service for my first ever visit.
- TStoby shewardSep 1, 20265.0I got windows phone and tv
- CHChris HartAug 23, 20265.0Good prices and easy service, have used them over the years for 3 items now and received good offers on all of them - unlike other companies who offer far too low after inspection.
- EEE Peach (Elliot)Aug 22, 20265.0My Xbox 360 died after 14 years of loyal service and numerous past resurrections. Got an xbo one with 5 years warranty for a great price. Got 360 and Xbox one games and a controller and HDMI to go with! Very happy with the service.
- AHAlan HamshereAug 14, 20261.0I wanted to trade my samsung flip phone in they said to leave it with them for half an hour, when I got back to the shop they told me they couldn't buy as the hinge was faulty, when I asked him to show where it was faulty he couldn't find the fault, so I sent it back to samsung for the hinge to be replaced or repaired, Samsung said they couldn't find anything wrong with the phone. This is the first and last time I will ever go to the castlepoint store absolute rubbish
