  The man dropped everything to come out to help me. I had a serious problem with my french doors. He was professional courteous and efficient. The job was done in next to no time.   Mel came and changed some locks at very short notice after I had lost my keys He was prompt, polite and very professional He stuck to his quote even after one lock required extra time to fit Outstanding
