  Mitte September fuhr ich bei Dumfries mit meiner BMW S1000XR um zur Fähre nach Hull zu kommen. Dann verlor plötzlich mein Hinterreifen Luft. Ich versuchte bis zum nächsten Ort oder einer Tankstelle zu kommen. Grade als ich fast nicht mehr weiterfahren konnte weil der Reifen ganz Platt war, sah ich aus den Augenwinkel mehrere Motorräder und hielt an der Seite der Straße an. Da sah ich das es eine Motorrad Werkstatt war. Ich ging hin und fragte mit meinem schlechten Englisch ob sie mir helfen könnten. Was dann geschah lässt mich immer noch staunen. Sie halfen mir mein Motorrad zur Werkstatt zu schieben und fingen direkt an den Reifen zu flicken. Als ich erzählte das meine Batterie nicht mehr ausreichend geladen wird, und ich deshalb schon am Tag zuvor bei einer BMW Werkstatt war wo man mir nicht helfen konnte weil am Diagnosegerät zu viele fehler angezeigt wurden. Und sie für eine längere suche keine zeit hätten, schauten sie auch danach und fanden nach kurzer zeit heraus das bei meiner Lichtmaschine eine Phase nicht mehr da war. Da ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden müsste würden sie das am nächsten Tag reparieren können. Zeitweise arbeiteten sie mit bis zu vier Personen an meinem Motorrad. Nach einer Stunde konnte ich mit einem repariertem Reifen und dem wissen was für ein Problem mein Motorrad hatte weiterfahren um die Fähre noch rechtzeitig zu erreichen. Was mir auch, dank dem sensationellen Einsatz von diesem fantastischem Team gelungen ist. Nochmal meinen herzlichen Dank dafür. Hannes Slot Deutschland

  Thank you so much Scott, I am truly, truly over the moon! I phoned Scott on the 10th September because I had been watching videos on YouTube of this beautiful new Chinese custom bike which was a bobber style, now although I am a lifelong sportsbike rider, I have always thought of something a little slower for those summer evenings through the Galloway B roads. So I looked a little more into this strange but lovely Benda 500 Napoleon and the more I looked, the more I wanted one. So as I were saying I phoned Scott, put a deposit down and here we are 2 weeks later with it sat here at home. Its truly a wonderful bike and I am very impressed with the quality of it. You would not know it wasnae Japanese if you were no told. Throughout this wee adventure, Scott and his Da have been absolutely wonderful, helpful, professional, informative and above all supportive in this the first brand new bike I have ever bought in my life. Brilliant service from everyone at Hollywood Service Station and also Phill for the delivery. The moral is always buy bikes from folk who know and love bikes. These guys are true enthusiasts. 😁🙏

  A good selection of bikes new and used and very helpful if looking for road test, I tried this qjmotors 600v4 great bike but just a bit out of my price range .

  Had a bent clutch lever on my Meteor 350, called the day before to see if they could assist and drove in, the gents had it sorted in a minute. Excellent folks and service

  Very friendly staff and overall a great dealership. Travelled over from N. Ireland to try a demonstrator and Gordon dealt with everything in a very professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly in a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are thinking ofany of the manufacturers that they deal with. Update 11 Sept '26 Another trio across to Scotland, but this time to buy the bike 😁😁 A great service from start to finish from arranging the demonstrator through to actually purchasing it (I was lucky enough for it to go for sale just after I tried it out 😁) Everything handled in a very professional manner, but more importantly in a friendly, non pressurised way. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone thinking of buying a bike withi their area.
