Traded in a PS5 with Aoibhem, incredibly helpful and quick turnaround for the testing and getting the in-store credit, then very helpful with getting an Xbox sorted. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to trade in old electronics.

Left a PS5 in for a trade-in the other day and within very short space of time it was tested, processed and I received the money. Great team in Omagh that made the whole thing easy and fast. Thanks!

It's finally good to see cex in omagh but id definitely like to see more Sonic games for all platforms mainly Sonic Rush And Sonic Generations and the staff are really chill and friendly

Traded my iPhone 14 in the shop recently. Was a bit disappointed it was put out to grade B even tho I expected it to be grade A. Had the original box, was over 80% battery life and only had 2 barley visible scratches. Staff were alright and process was handy enough, but just keep in mind how strict they are on grading even if your phone is in great condition with the box!
