  I can definitely recommend this company. Darren made the process of re-designing and fitting our very outdated bathrooms an easy, stress free experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble and we now have two beautiful bathrooms.

  My husband and I set out to transform our tired old ensuite into something beautiful. What we thought would be a simple refresh quickly turned into a three-year saga of showroom visits, design consultations, endless online inspiration, and even builder quotes—yet somehow, we were no closer to achieving the modern, earthy, light-filled space we envisioned. Instead, we found ourselves completely disillusioned. That all changed the moment we discovered Westcountry Tile & Bathroom Designs. From the instant we walked into the showroom, our excitement returned. The displays were inspiring, the products clearly high quality, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. The range of tiles were impressive, and the additional options available through their supplier brochures opened up even more possibilities. We were warmly welcomed by Louise, who immediately put us at ease. After a quick chat about our ideas, she suggested a site visit from the owner, Jamie—and that’s when things started to fall into place. Our space was far from straightforward: a full glass wall overlooking the garden, a sloping ceiling to contend with, and the challenge of creating both privacy and intimacy without sacrificing light or openness. Many designers before had seemed overwhelmed by it all—but not Jamie. He approached the project with enthusiasm and creativity, instantly reigniting our excitement and making us feel, for the first time in years, that our dream ensuite was genuinely within reach. From the very beginning of the design process—deciding on the layout, choosing fixtures, tiles, and the colour palette—Jamie showed an incredible level of dedication to our bathroom project that truly matched our own. He was endlessly patient with us as clients (especially with me when I couldn’t quite make up my mind on the tiles!), even going as far as ordering multiple samples so I could see them in situ before making a final choice. That level of care and attention made all the difference. What really stood out was that the support didn’t stop once decisions were made. Throughout the build, Jamie and his team were consistently attentive, checking in regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy at every stage. Any unexpected issues were handled quickly and professionally, which gave us complete peace of mind. And the result? Absolutely stunning. We now have the ensuite bathroom I had always dreamed of but could never quite bring together on my own. Jamie and the team at Westcountry Tile and Bathrooms made it a reality, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so grateful we found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’re already looking forward to working with them again as we continue renovating our home! Thank you!!
