  Workers were beyond helpful, I was given a specialist for a free meeting and he was so friendly and productive in getting my phone in for repair and offered me the best course of action possible. I had my phone fixed within a few hours despite having doubts of it being salvageable. Overall, they were so friendly and reasonable and couldn’t recommend them more.

  Not allowed into the shop because I had a bicycle. I don’t understand how a bike is treated differently from a pram or wheelchair in terms of access. Staff wouldn’t even look at my item at the counter while I waited outside—just ‘sorry mate.’ For a company that promotes environmental initiatives, this felt inconsistent. There was no bicycle storage or option to leave it safely (e.g. with security) while I attended a Genius Bar appointment, despite cycling 30 miles to get there. I also couldn’t find anything in Apple Store policies stating that bicycles are not allowed.

  Used this store for years for both personal and business purchases, always had a positive experience. Needed to book a repair for an iPad and Magic Keyboard under an AppleCare plus policy. The iPad was sent for repair without issue, however the keypad they said was not covered by the AppleCare plus. Showed the original invoice for the iPad and keypad (originally purchased at Curry’s) which were purchased together and should be covered on the same policy. The Genius who served me was adamant that the keypad was not covered as it had not been added to the policy. I left the store and called Apple Support ( showing them the same documentation I had shown the store) and they just added the keypad to the existing policy free of charge so it could be repaired as well. I’m not sure why the person at the store couldn’t either do this or advise me to do it myself rather than just being very dismissive and condescending, making me feel like I was an idiot. I very nearly paid £350 for a new keypad because the guy was so adamant that it couldn’t be covered. Really bad customer service
