  Samantha Millington handled the purchase of our present home during the time when there was a great deal of activity due to the temporary cancellation of stamp duty creating a great deal of work for solicitors to beat the completion cut off date. There was also a holdup lower in the chain near our completion date but she finished the job in good time. She later provided proof of our ownership of the solar panels on the roof for the transfer of the Feed In Tariff contract. Two way communication was good throughout.
