  Didn't get his name but the guy serving us was super helpful. Gave us an estimate on price which was accurate and helped us sell very easily. Welcome change from other cex stores.

  This is my go-to store for anything tech. The 5 year warranty offers peace of mind for my purchases, and the staff are always super helpful. The trade-in process is quick and hassle-free. Only downside is very rarely I get the wrong product or product does not come with essential accessories, but the return process is quick and easy. I've only had a handful of bad experiences but other than that it's alright.

  Purchased a couple of games today to be met by a very ignorant and rude sales assistant. A young looking girl with over the top eyeliner and a very bad attitude. Completely ignored that I was there waiting to be served, no "sorry my till is closed but that one is open" literally just pretended I was not there, the shop was empty except for me. A young man appeared and served me at another till who was very friendly and well versed in what customer service should be. Whilst he served me she and her friend put their heads down, pretended to rummage, and giggled like school children. I am a very forgiving person and am well aware that people can have a 'bad day', however, I have been in there several times now and have seen her treat other customers the same way. Fortunately I have only had the misfortune to deal with her one other time. She needs some intense training in not just customer service but human interaction in general, or needs to seriously reconsider her job choice. She is a disgrace and does nothing for the brand, if it was my shop I would not want someone like that bringing down my reputation.
