  From the very first meeting, Richard and Leah showed nothing but kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with patience, empathy and reassurance. Their attention to detail and calm, caring approach made an incredibly painful time just that little bit easier to bear. The service they provided was flawless, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about honouring my father's life. We will always be grateful for the respect, compassion and professionalism they showed to both Dad and our family. Thank you, Richard and Leah, for giving my father the farewell he truly deserved. I would recommend your services without hesitation to anyone looking for a funeral director who genuinely cares.

  They were excellent, from the emerald green coffin we asked for, the flowers and order of service cards they provided and overall attention to detail we were really happy with.

  Richard and his team were brilliant throughout the process and acted with compassion and integrity at all times. He kept us updated at all times and explained everything that needed be explained. We would recommend their services to anyone.

  I cannot recommend Richard enough for his compassion, professionalism and kind and thoughtful approach when dealing with myself and my family at a such a difficult time. Nothing was to much bother for Richard and he definitely made the whole experience a lot easier for us to deal with. Would highly recommend Richard and his team for taking care of any funeral matters.
