  We chose West Country Tile and Bathroom after our local supplier let us down while searching for a Waters freestanding bath, and we couldn’t be more glad we did. Despite the extra distance to Plymouth, the experience was worth every mile. From the outset, Darren’s customer service was exceptional — patient, understanding, and genuinely accommodating. When standard kerbside delivery wasn’t going to be sufficient for our situation, he arranged for the driver to assist with bringing the bath inside as part of the standard delivery charge, without any fuss. Jacob, the driver, was an absolute star. He approached the challenge of our narrow Victorian staircase with extraordinary positivity and determination. When it became clear the bath wouldn’t fit boxed, we worked together to unbox it and carefully manoeuvre it up and into place. His perseverance and commitment were remarkable — we simply couldn’t have done it without him. This is a company that genuinely understands customer service from first enquiry through to delivery. We’ll be returning without hesitation when it comes to refitting our shower. Thank you, Darren and Jacob — you made what could have been a stressful purchase a genuinely excellent experience.

  We have used them over the past five years and every time we need something or help all the staff have been amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always seem to go above and beyond to help and give you as much information as I can, I would recommend this company to everybody who wishes to experience great customer care help information and they all go that extra mile.

  I can definitely recommend this company. Darren made the process of re-designing and fitting our very outdated bathrooms an easy, stress free experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble and we now have two beautiful bathrooms.
