  The team at Westcountry Funeral Service were absolutely outstanding and I would highly recommend them. Having dealt with the funeral of both my mother and recently my father, they showed respect, compassion and dignity throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, nothing was ever rushed and everything was carefully explained to make sure that no detail, however small, was missed. Leah dealt with most of the arrangements and did so perfectly. Both of my parents were given the send off they deserved thanks to the entire team at Westcountry Funeral Services. Thank you so much.   Leah, Richard and the team really did my grandfather proud, so nice to see a walker in front of the car on the approach to his house and when leaving, I would highly recommend the team for the traditional and professional service.

  The best experience at the time I needed it the most. From the first call to them on the night my dad died right through to their care and consideration after the funeral, the team at Westcountry were amazing. Probably the best care i've ever had from any company I've worked with and at such a delicate time it was truly welcomed. Obviously I was in a state during that first call but seeing that my dad had already made some arrangements with them I called them up as I had no idea what to do next. They were calm and compassionate and gently talked me through what to do at that moment, I can't express my thanks enough for how much this helped at the time. Every other time we had contact they were so helpful, kind and caring. They offered such great advice and worked so hard to give my dad an amazing send off. Thank you so much Leah, Richard and the team for everything you've done for me and my family in the last few weeks.

  Leah has been the most incredible funeral director. We had a sudden and unexpected death and Leah had made the most difficult time in our lives somehow a little better. She was empathetic, kind and organised. Her respect throughout never wavered. I knew my dad was being looked after in the best hands and she helped give him the send off he deserved. If I’m ever in this unfortunate position again I wouldn’t hesitate to use Leah.
