  Anthony Longville from Gard & Co Solicitors was superb and we would strongly advise anyone seeking a solicitor for conveying to use him. Anthony and his team did an excellent job. Very efficient and always kept us informed of any changes as and when they were happening so their customer focus is of the highest quality.

  Jodie was so efficient and helpful when we recently used Gard & Co when buying our home in the UK after living overseas for a number of years. She acted quickly to deal with any issues/requests we had, and really knows her stuff! It's a shame the sellers solicitor wasn't as professional or efficient! Would definitely use again.   I have used Gard & Co Solicitors on many occasions over the years and have always been provided with excellent service. Most recently they handled a difficult conveyance of a retirement property for me, I was very grateful for their total competence and friendly support.

  The team at Gard & Co have been great to work with in dealing with Dad's estate. I had never done anything like this before. Jane gave clear guidance on the probate side, so that the full service was not needed. She handled just the strictly legal aspect which reduced costs. I don't feel that adding another layer to processes would have made things simpler. However the comprehensive service is available for anyone who is very worried. Jodie and Michelle dealt with the property side as a separate item and everything went as well as it could , despite some delays and issues with the buyers funding and some legal processes. I would highly recommend Gard & Co to anyone dealing with probate or a property sale. ( I am sure a purchase would be the same! ). Their fees were reasonable and no hidden extras
