  Sloppy service as a dropped items in there to sell they said it would be tested by 2 pm that day then the next day heard nothing and no money in the bank I've now raised an online form where they say it will take 1 to 2 days to get a response. This is not acceptable.

  I went in gave them everything they needed and they said I needed a adult to I came Back with one got it all sorted gave them a controller with it it was £51:50 and they said 3 business they would contact us,they didn’t… we had to go in and then they finally told us the controller has stick drift so it would cost £40 for a controller so I would only get £7 they said for a Xbox in my opinion this is absolutely vile how there doing there money making scheme

  I'm usually not someone to complain, but this was a while ago, where I bought an apple trackpad from the store. It was grade c with cosmetics and a crack in the glass. But I took it home needless to say and it immediately started ghost clicking. So I went back to the store and explained the problem. They told me that they will test it and to come back in around 2 hours. I did that came back, just for them to say they couldn't see it and it's now my issue to deal with. I even showed them a video of it but apparently that isn't "valid proof". They said though that they would be willing to let me sell it back (for a loss), as grade C working. They wouldn't let me even explain and through the process I left feeling extremely uncomfortable, disappointed, and as if I was causing a problem and being a waste of time. I haven't gone back to thst store since as it completely ruined my impression of the store and company. That was a whole ago but I never got to write a review. Very disappointing for me.

  Anfangs sehr zuvorkommend in Bezug auf meinen Verkauf einer Series X. Preis in Ordnung. Als es ABER um das zurücksetzen meiner Konsole ging musste ich 20 Minuten mit mehreren Mitarbeitern vor Ort diskutieren. Niemand wollte mir zeigen vor Ort das die Konsole wirklich zurückgesetzt wurde. Ich habe dann angeboten die Series X zurückzukaufen. Für ca 220 Pfund verkauft, wurde mir nun ein Rückholpreis von 405 Pfund angeboten. Dies bestätigte ich mehrmals, doch wieder lehnten die Mitarbeiter ab. Schlussendlich nach über 25 Minuten wurde mir angeboten die Series X zurückzuerhalten für den Abgabepreis von ca 220 Pfund. Dies bestätigte ich und Verkaufte sie in einem anderen Laden. Während dieser 25 Minuten wurde mir vorgegaukelt das angeblich alles rechtens zurückgesetzt wurde, statt mir dies auf einem Monitor zu zeigen. Das ganze habe ich dank eines YouTube Livestreams auf „BaluMinkush98“ bzw „Tetzlaff98“ festhalten können. CeX Plymouth NIE WIEDER

  Brand new item (only opened to look at it) which would be a A grade, the manager who served me when I booked in the PS5 controller said he thinks it'd be a A grade also. Came back after they tested it, the grumpy man out back testing products said there was a tiny scuff on it, I asked him to show me where. He then preceded to point out something only he can see as the gentleman serving me couldn't either. Despite this, the other staff back their colleague and pay me for a B grade. I even had my torch on my phone pointing at the alleged "scuff" and when I pointed out what he was seeing was the actual shape of the plastic by the hand grip he still just stares at me blankly and refuses to acknowledge what I've said. Usually the customer service here is good. The guy testing the products clearly should've admitted there was nothing at all there, but I suppose he was too embarrassed to admit his error. Disappointing as they're usually good here. Perhaps I'll stick to selling on eBay next time I sell a gaming accessory.
