  I'm sure they do everything humanly possible to keep you in the store for as long as possible. A simple pick up, which should be in and out within 5 mins at the longest will take you at least 30 mins or longer, even though they have staff stood around at the front of the shop doing nothing apart from processing their next victim.

  I tried to find a way to get some official recognition to the staff in this store. Really went above and beyond for a poor customer in a company I work for at the minute. Spent nearly an hour with the poor guy fixing third party issues outside of their proprietary hardware/software. Massive respect to Sam and James today. You deserve all the praise. Thank you for your assitance! <3
