  I tried to find a way to get some official recognition to the staff in this store. Really went above and beyond for a poor customer in a company I work for at the minute. Spent nearly an hour with the poor guy fixing third party issues outside of their proprietary hardware/software. Massive respect to Sam and James today. You deserve all the praise. Thank you for your assitance! <3

  Amazing sums up my experience completely. Booked a Genius Bar appointment and Chas sorted my phone swap over issue with utter professionalism. I took up 3.5 hrs of their time and noted how helpful everyone was. Definitely sticking with Apple for this experience.
