  From that first telephone call, David set our minds at rest and helped us to navigate our loss with dignity and respect. Everything was done in person, over a cup of tea in our home. We were given all the options and David expressed his opinions when we found a decision more challenging to make. His wealth of experience does shine through, so professional and compassionate. We knew our loved one was in safe hands from the moment they left us, through to visiting them in their chapel of rest, to the funeral itself. We would highly recommend Albery and Redstone. Everything was as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. Thank you for your care and attention to detail through our difficult time.

  David had been a shining star for me and for my family. He planned and created the perfect picture for my Mum’s burial at the Seaton woodland burial site yesterday. Nothing was too much to ask during the weeks of planning. I have such thanks for his brilliance, kindness and professionalism. David is outstanding and I understand why a good friend guided me to Albery & Redstone.. David’s team gave wonderful support on the day. It’s such a difficult day, and we were simply wrapped in their perfectly balanced professionalism combined with kindness. Heart felt thanks David.

  Fiona provided excellent support and communication from start to finish in arranging all aspects of my Mother's funeral. On the day itself David was in quiet control ensuring everything went well. Thank you both.

  When my husband Vic died David and Fiona were kind, caring and professional. They made such a sad time bearable. The flowers from their recommended florist were beautiful and exactly as I wanted, the order of service and the service itself were perfect. They could not have done a better job and I am so grateful to them for that. I cannot recommend Albery and Redstone highly enough!

  Following the bereavement of a close family member, we approached Albery and Redstone to help with arrangements for the subsequent cremation, service and burial. Throughout the process they were respectful and supportive, helping us at a very difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured our wishes were followed. Thank you to David, Fiona and the team for all the kindness and assistance provided.
