  I always leave Nicole feeling more relaxed and calm. I've seen a big improvement in the knot in my shoulder plus increased strength and reduced pain in my hand. Nicole is always warm, welcoming and takes care to respond to how I am feeling. Thank you!

  Nicole is a consummate professional. Friendly, efficient and worth every penny. I went with excruciating pain from shingles and attributed muscle pain in my neck and head. As part of my physio treatment I was given acupuncture (dry needling) and my recovery has been faster. Highly recommend👌🏻

  Tore my hamstring in a rugby incident. Went to see Nicole who did a thorough assessment of the injury. She treated the symptoms over a few sessions and put me on a 12 week training programme to rectify the issue. Feeling stronger already and have no doubt I will make a full recovery. Can recommend her services.
