  I was recommended Dave by a local estate agent to carry out the EPC for my rental property, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the very first contact, Dave was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely flexible when arranging access to the property. He arrived on time, carried out the assessment efficiently, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. What really stood out was the speed of service — the full EPC report was sent to me within an hour of him leaving the property, which was fantastic. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, responsive, and easy to deal with these days.
