  Purchase of a licence plate. Process very simple. Product was exactly as promised. The only issue was with the fixing tapes. I was assured that two pieces (ca 2.5 inches) of "double-sided-sticky-tape" was an adequate fixing for a 7x9 inch plate. If I wanted more from Western Towing, it would cost me £5 for postage! I remain unconvinced and used three 4 inch strips of proper plate mounting tape.

  Decent service for trailer repairs, but also a suprising amount of trailer bits in the shop as well as trailer and bike rack hire.

  A very quick, competitively priced serviced when ordering parts to renew the brakes on my boat trailer (A cautionary tale - brakes hate salt water. my old brake fittings were far worse than I imagined!).
