  I ordered a number plate for my caravan to go abroad; it hadn't arrived within the prescribed time so I contacted Western Towing. They were on the case immediately and sent another, this time a tracked delivery. This arrived prior to our departure; the first one still hasn't arrived but Western Towing didn't quibble, they just got on and satisfied my order. Thank you all and Skye!

  Excellent service. When the currier failed to deliver, Western Towing sent replacement parts by a different currier, which arrived the next day.
