I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Emporium. Harriet was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The variety and quality of the dresses to try was fabulous. I really appreciated the time spent helping me find the perfect dress and that there was no pressure to buy (though I was successful in finding my dream outfit).

Fantastic shop. Wonderful selection of dresses, but it was Harriet that was the hero. Her instinct for what brides are after is spot on, she knew without me evening properly verbalising what was working and what wasn’t. Went out of her way to find the dress I ended up saying yes to. She was an angel and I can not thank her enough.

Harriet is absolutely amazing, she couldnt have been warmer or more welcoming. I am a little scatty and awkward at the best of times and she couldnt have put me more at ease. I found the most beautiful dress and honestly, Harriet made the whole experience so calming and supportive. All ordered and everything was really clearly and patiently explained when completing paperwork. Very happy
