    Extremely friendly, helpful and professional service. Were able to source the replacement appliance I needed for a fitted kitchen (correct spec and dimensions), and recommended / liaised with an electrician's firm for the installation. Highly satisfied, great to do business with.

    Popped in on the off chance someone could help with an error message on my washing machine. Loose wire. Attempted to fix myself. Took wire joiner into the shop. Helpful person gave me a replacement. Great service and knowledgeable. Thank you.
