  **Outstanding Service from C & D Appliances** I would like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to C & D Appliances for the excellent service we received. We had an issue with our LG washing machine, and an error message appeared on the display. I called C & D Appliances on Friday morning and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady. I explained the problem, and she immediately said she would ask one of their engineers to call me back. By lunchtime, I received a call from the engineer. I explained the error message to him, and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He knew straight away what the problem was and arranged to come out to our home on Monday around lunchtime. He arrived exactly on time, and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem, opened the back of the washing machine and replaced the faulty sensor. In approximately 10 minutes, our washing machine was repaired and back up and running! What impressed me even more was the care he took after completing the repair. He washed, cleaned and dried the utility room floor where the washing machine was located. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, we received **amazing service from start to finish**. From the friendly and helpful lady on the phone to the highly professional engineer who carried out the repair, C & D Appliances provided a first-class service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending **C & D Appliances** to my family, friends and anyone else looking for a reliable, professional and customer-focused appliance repair service.   I called on Monday ,my cooker element had blown spoke to a very pleasant lady who explained all charges ECT made an appointment for Wednesday morning with STEVE who was First CLASS took the cooker out fixed the problem was a very clean and tidy worker , would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY thank you

  Excellent service from start to finish. The oven was installed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The installer was friendly, punctual, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also kept the area clean and tidy throughout the installation. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an oven installed.

  Recommended to me by family. They repaired and serviced my coffee machine for a very reasonable fee. Friendly, professional service. I need to get then to look at a washer dryer next!
