I arrived knowing the spec of the MacBook I wanted. I was greeted in a friendly manner apon entering the store and off we went. At the start of the discussion it was not in stock at £2199. As we looked at the price of a higher spec machine, the price of the orginal spec went up to £2499 and suddenly it was back in stock. This has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth as it was clearly always in stock instore, they simply would not sell it to me until the higher price had been put in place. I now have a much more expensive MacBook and still no power block. The influence of Microsoft is so clear. Let's hope this thing doesn't become redundant in less than 12 months. I used to love Apple, but it feels well past it now. It is all so expensive, no wonder they make sooooo much profite for their share holders. What is the word for this?

Crazy! So much for Apple being green and moving forward. I have an Apple plug where it seems the fuse has gone and I can’t open the plug to sort it, I go to Apple to sort it out - ‘buy another one’ they saying! Really backwards, immoral, corrupt - ‘planned obsolescence’ in the flesh, while we’re suffering a heatwave! Makes me not want to buy from apply anymore

One star is far too generous. Apple Princesshay has managed to turn what should be a premium retail experience into an exercise in frustration, arrogance, and customer humiliation. I genuinely cannot understand how a store representing one of the most valuable brands in the world can consistently deliver customer service this poor. My first experience involved collecting an Apple Watch that I had already purchased and paid for online. This should have been one of the easiest transactions imaginable. Instead, I was left standing around for approximately 45 minutes while staff appeared completely uninterested in helping. I eventually had to chase people myself. Once someone finally engaged with me, the focus immediately shifted to trying to sell me accessories I neither wanted nor needed. The moment I declined because I already owned them, the attitude changed instantly. I was treated as though I had become a waste of time. Nearly an hour later, I finally received the product I had already paid for. After waiting that long, I asked if there was any drinking water available. The response was cold, dismissive, and essentially amounted to “go somewhere else.” That single interaction perfectly summed up the attitude of this store. The second experience was no better. I walked in intending to buy AirPods Max. Imagine being ready to spend hundreds of pounds and being treated like an inconvenience. When I asked for assistance, I was effectively brushed off and told to help myself because staff were busy. Apparently customers entering the store to spend money are now considered interruptions. The final straw was when I visited intending to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max. A staff member asked how she could help. I replied that I wanted to buy a phone. Before discussing the model, specifications, storage capacity, colour, or anything remotely relevant, her immediate response was that they did not offer student discounts. I had not asked for a discount. I had not mentioned money. I had not even started discussing the purchase. The assumption was made instantly. I then explained that I was prepared to pay in full, and suddenly the conversation changed. I have rarely experienced such blatant pre-judgment from retail staff. No customer should walk into a store prepared to spend over a thousand pounds and immediately feel as though they are being assessed on appearance rather than treated with respect. Across multiple visits, the common theme has been arrogance. Not professionalism. Not expertise. Not customer care. Arrogance. I have spent thousands of pounds on Apple products over the years. Macs, iPhones, Watches, AirPods and accessories. Yet every visit to Apple Princesshay leaves me feeling less like a valued customer and more like someone who needs to prove they belong in the store. The products deserve five stars. The staff at Apple Princesshay have earned one. If Apple genuinely cares about customer experience, someone from management needs to spend a day observing how customers are spoken to in this store. The behaviour is dismissive, condescending, and completely at odds with the premium image Apple works so hard to maintain. Without question one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered from any major retailer.
