  Andrew carried out replacement of a rotten section of fascia board for us and also identified and dealt with the root cause of the problem. He explained thoroughly what he needed to do, worked very efficiently and tidily, arrived when he said he would and was excellent at responding to all communication. We chose Andrew based on his excellent reviews and he has fully lived up to them. We considered the cost very fair and reasonable and I can highly recommend him.

  Andrew replaced our fascia and guttering to rectify a sagging gutter. We're very pleased with the work carried out to a high standard, and cleaning up afterwards, leaving everything tidy. He kept us informed both before and during works, and we'll be using him again in the near future. Would highly recommend

  Andrew provided a very professional and reliable service at a competitive price. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and offered good advice on what was needed to address a defective chimney flashing. He also identified some broken slates which he replaced without fuss or additional cost. If you are looking for a hard working, honest, reliable local builder then Andrew is your man!
