From start to finish, Kirsty was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. She helped my wife and me purchase our forever home, and we always felt we were in safe hands. Communication was excellent throughout, she was quick to respond to any questions, proactive in keeping everything moving, and her expertise gave us complete confidence every step of the way.   If I could give zero stars, I would. The unbelievable rudeness I experienced on the phone from whoever answered the phone was unbelievable. I rang up today after chasing my quote I recieved over a week ago. I asked the receptionist about disbursement fees and that I am calling about my quote and I gave my reference to which she said “THAT MEANS NOTHING TO ME, WHAT DO YOU WANT”.
