  bsolutely terrible service! First of all delivered the wrong skip which cost me a day on the project. Then when they collected the correct skip the driver damaged my driveway severely. Company now aren’t communicating back to even after several emails asking for a call back with a senior member of staff. Trying to say that from there not very clear or open T&C’s state that they aren’t at fault for causing any damage. States later down in the T&C’s that the drivers also have to a dear to a strict code and guidelines! The driver didn’t use his legs when collecting the full 8.5 yard skip which is what has caused the damaged. Due care and attention from the T&C’s was clearly not told to the driver. I’ve been quoted £1000’s to fix the damage caused, to say I wouldn’t recommend is an understatement. Hire this company at your own risk

  I booked a skip from this company which they cancelled without explanation the week it was supposed to arrive. When I asked why they said my street was too narrow, which isn't true because lots of skips get delivered to our street. After two weeks the refund still hadn't arrived. Now they are giving me the run around every time I call. The boss is always out, or on leave, etc. It's now 3 weeks since they supposedly issued the refund, and I'm trying to get the payment reversed by my bank. I would not trust this company.
