  Time waster !!!!. I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience here. I arrived on time for my appointment, which was clearly scheduled for 10:10 AM. To my surprise, the lady at the reception coldly told me that I had missed my appointment, claiming it was at 9:15 AM — a time I was never given or informed about. What shocked me even more was her complete lack of professionalism. There was no apology, no willingness to help, and absolutely no effort made to resolve the issue. Instead, she simply told me my appointment would be postponed by another three days, as if my time meant nothing. I had rearranged my entire day, cancelled multiple commitments, and made special efforts just to be there — only to be turned away without any responsibility taken on their part. I felt completely dismissed, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience. This was a total waste of my time, energy, and money, and I left the place feeling angry and incredibly let down. I expected basic decency and professionalism, but unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be coming back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting their time with this place.

  The optician may be great, and I chose to come to a local rather than a national company hoping for great customer service. But after paying for an hour of parking....waiting 15 minutes in a corridor....reminding them of my parking expiration time...I was left another 15 minutes with no explanation. Finally on a very hot day, I realised that even if I saw the optician there was not enough time to do the appointment before parking expired. A waste of my time for an hour. Not sure I can be bothered to rebook if they could not be bothered to look after me. A 30 minute wait left in a corridor is just too long.

  Had my eye test today. The lovely Gabby then helped me choose my new frames. And they're fab 😍 I would never have known where to start. Thank you, Gabby, you're a 🌟 I'm so excited about my new glasses.

  Very friendly staff. Walk in available. Fast service. Available for all types of frames. Fixed bridge and titanium frames also available
