  Very concerning experience with the Three store in Derbion, Derby. I visited the store on 13 August because my SIM had stopped working properly and asked for a SIM swap. I was told I needed to return with the account holder, which was completely understandable. However, the very next day I received a call from a private number. The caller seemed to know that I was experiencing problems with my SIM/service. They told me they would send a replacement SIM to my home address by next-day delivery and, because of the connection issues, I would also receive a free gift such as an iPad Mini or Samsung earbuds. They then asked me to confirm my full banking details, at which point I realised it was a scam and ended the call. What concerns me is how someone apparently knew about the exact type of problem I had discussed in the Three store less than 24 hours earlier. I am not claiming that Three or its employees provided my information, as I don’t have evidence of that. However, the timing and specific nature of the call are extremely concerning and, in my opinion, deserve a proper investigation. I have kept the relevant call logs and will be reporting the incident and asking Three to investigate whether my account or personal information was accessed following my visit. Posting this so other customers are aware and can be cautious if they receive similar calls after contacting or visiting Three.

  I went in the store and was politely asked by one member to take a seat when ready. The next member greeted me with "got any I'd" no hello or good afternoon. I've gone ellsewhere

  Great service the male advisor was brilliant efficient knew what he was doing instantly and gave great interaction and service. Credit to Three the company where call centre was unable to sort this. We went in today Saturday afternoon unfortunately did not get the advisors name. But thank you

  Poor network, poor signals, poor internet speed. I have business hub broadband and speed is around 5-6 mbps although I live in Derby Town. With such speed you can’t even scroll social media apps.
