  Absolutely brilliant, James and Cal came to our rescue repairing an old cast soil pipe that had broken underground causing a blockage. Friendly, honest and efficient, talked us through the job explained what was wrong, how it was to be fixed and gave us great advice on keeping our pipes clear. Will always recommend Hi Flow to anyone that has any drainage/plumbing issues. 10/10!

  Honest sensible advice to address old collapsed drain with upfront price. Communicated well throughout the job and cleared up fully afterwards including replacing block paving on driveway and sweeping up - even returned after the skip had been removed to sweep up. Definitely recommend.

  Absolutely brilliant service from James at HI-Flow Drains Limited. I got in touch after discovering a drainage issue, and James was out to see us in less than 24 hours. He turned up exactly when he said he would, charged a very fair price, and was friendly and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything. He didn't just clear the blockage and leave – he showed me what had caused the problem, talked me through everything he was doing, and gave me some really useful advice on how to avoid the same thing happening again. Thanks to his experience, he also spotted a few things that could have become much bigger (and more expensive) problems down the line, so he's genuinely saved us money by catching them early. It's not often you find someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely wants to help. He made the whole process easy and completely stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and HI-Flow Drains Limited to anyone. If I ever have another drainage issue, he'll be the first person I call. Thanks again, James!

  James was really helpful and easy to deal with. Talked us through his investigation and showed us what needed fixing. His repair work was top quality and he did a really neat job. Happy to recommend him and we'd use him again if needed.
