  The selection of stuff is pretty good, with lots of variety, but the staff are painfully slow — I’ve seen slugs move faster! They definitely need to drink more Monster. There are always huge queues when you’re just trying to buy something. I went in to buy a couple of games and ended up waiting around ages with the queue not moving because all the staff on the tills were dealing with people bringing items in to sell, which obviously takes a lot longer. In the end, I gave up waiting and left without buying anything. They really need to have at least one till or staff member dedicated to customers who are simply buying items. It would get the queues down massively and make the whole experience much better.

  I stood in line for 10 minutes with four staff members on duty; they were occupied with each other rather than the customer, and I was not served.

  Upon taking some brand new unopened tablets into the Wrexham store and opened tablets all were graded A grade by customer service at the point of leaving them with Cex. I was advised that they would test these to make sure they worked and they would get back to me two days later with the result and bacs the money. All was recorded by cctv. Two days later I have been advised they are grading at B condition, at no point of me giving them my property did they advise anything was damaged, yet after being in their possession they are now damaged, paperwork was signed up by them to advise A grade. I will peruse this legally and through their insurance. Requesting the cctv through gdpr. Do not trust this company especially Wrexham.

  Good store. Plenty of choice. Some great prices but also some very questionable prices on other items!!
