  Just had fitters round to fit carpets in dressing room & bedroom. Absolutely delighted with the finish 😊 2 Cracking lads they just got stuck in and so helpful & friendly. 5⭐ service

  We recently had new carpet fitted in 4 bedrooms and the landings and stairs . They did a great job and worked with us as we were having decorating done and the carpet was fitted when each room was finished. All the carpet was ordered together to ensure there was no issues with going out of stock and there was no pressure from the shop to get it done quickly. We couldn’t have asked for more.

  Fantastic service from start to finish and we love the carpet. Harry was so lovely and gave great advice on the most appropriate carpet and underlay. Came round straight away to measure up and the quote came within the hour. The carpet fitters were excellent, this carpet fit had some tricky stairs included and the attention paid was obvious. The carpets have been transformative to the house and with the thick underlay feel like walking on air. Thanks Harry for the recommendation. Really pleased with the carpets and even more pleased with the service. Buy local people. The customer service is worth it.

  AVOID! I was supposed to have carpet fitted in my twins nursery this morning, I rang 5 times over the course of an hour hopeful someone would advise where the fitter was with my carpet, to be told oh has no one contacted you? Yeah your carpet is out of stock until next month. Given a solution of a different more expensive carpet, to then be told that’s also out of stock. I was present in the shop when the sales assistant advised she hadn’t phoned me with an update because she didn’t know what to say to me about the mess up. Kept placing blame on the supplier rather than taking accountability. Safe to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
