  My much loved captain’s style chair had broken & the legs detached themselves. The repair that Karen made is excellent and the chair is now sturdy. Karen gave me the price before I needed to decide to go ahead & was very reasonable. I am delighted; customer service couldn’t be better. Would recommend without reservation.

  Karen has done an amazing makeover of a very much loved sentiment ercol chair which was my grandfathers chair. I couldn’t happier with the outcome, totally above and beyond what I expected. Karen was a pleasure to speak to, had all the patience in the world as I changed my mind on so many occasions during the process of my design. The finish is top quality, the material is luxurious and woodwork is amazing, it’s looks brand new, straight off the production line . If your looking for a chair to be given an new lease of life to match your decor, Karen is your women. I would highly recommend this very talent lady. Thank you Karen, I’m totally in love with my little chair and stand admiring it all the time like a loon. ❤️
