This was the worst exoerience I have ever had in any store in the UK. We had to queue over 1 hr because two girls were working while the other two were standing around doing nothing. We drove three hours (because the phone I wanted was only in stock at this location) to exchange my phone which was a GRADE A Samsung S26 Ultra bought a few weeks ago from CEX and it was never used without a case or screen protector. They said now it's a grade B for no reason at all. The phone it pristine, exactly like I bought it. Before this, we had a chat about how I am going to pay since the old phone had my google wallet on and it had to be reset for testing. They said there is no option at all. After I came up with the idea of buying a gift voucher for the value of the price difference between the two phones, and even that seemed hard to comprehend for them. I have been a CEX customer for 10 years and that ended after today's experience. Left without exchanging the phone and glad I did, be ause after a quick google search the exact same phone brand new (not even on sale) is £200 cheaper than the grade B they had on sale. Ridiculous. CEX you need better employees. Edit: after getting home and checking the phone's box, I realised they also took my charging cable and didn't put it back. Nice one CEX!

Went in for Advce regarding my blue tooth not working. Phone was in the warranty. There is damage to the back of the phone which they said it would be voided . It may have been the manager with piercings on face and tattoo. She had no customer skills what so ever. Over speaking us then walked off. Think a little training may be needed in that store!!!!
