  Very rude male staff member! making rude, snarky comments about customers. Will never be returning to this store due to this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the male staff member.

  I don't why but they get a lot of really nice retro stuff in. I've had some Mega Drive and Game Boy games from here in really good nick. The store is clean and well spaced out (unlike the homeless shelter city centre ones), staff are pleasant and helpful too. The shopping centre parking is cheap in the week and free at weekends too.

  I stopped by today to have a look at the PSP games & DVDs and needless to say, I left feeling very happy as I got 4 great games & 2 DVDs all in fab condition for only £8.50! (I had to hold myself back from buying more as I already have a big collection at home 😂) The store was very clean, well organised and had a calm, quiet atmosphere, there were two friendly girls working at the checkout who were both so attentive and polite. A special mention goes to the lovely girl with glasses who served me as she was so cheerful, kind, helpful and nice to talk to 🫶🏻 There was a brilliant selection of games, consoles and other electronics to browse through, I think the only negative that I could give was that the range of DVDs (especially in the £1 section) was considerably smaller than the other Cex's I've visited, however there was still a decent amount with some great titles that were all reasonably priced. I was impressed at the variety of PSP games & movies they had as they're quite rare to come across now in charity shops, car boots etc so I'm glad to know that there's still plenty to get from here, especially as a good lot of them are only 1-2 pound! Overall, I had a very positive buying experience, I definitely think that this is one of the best Cex stores I've been to (especially in terms of cleanliness, organisation and customer service) & I'll visit again soon 😊
