  Not long started coming here thanks to a recommendation. Extremely happy with the service, after 1 visit we signed up for the care plan and it suits us absolutely perfectly. All staff we have come across are friendly and helpful. Plenty of staff to get booked into quickly. I have been recommending this vets to others.

  Our Rosie is well looked after at Highfields. She used to shake and have her tail between her legs at our previous vets but she doesn't do it here. More relaxed atmosphere with kind and helpful staff.

  So what a difference in approach, attitude, cost and genuine concern. So at last a vets that looks after animals and their owners and that doesn’t look to charge for everything in minute detail! In particular in our case we would like to thank our vet Cécile and also Gill (who amongst other things deals with insurance) for helping us and Bentley I can’t tell you what a night and day difference from the usual corporate owed multiple practice firms who are just there to make money! They dealt with a life threatening situation with our dog, kept in communication with us and ensured we were fully informed and he’s doing well. We can’t recommend them enough!!!
