  Missed a call regarding drop & go order as no one told me they would call without caller ID. They left a voicemail saying someone would call me again the next day to confirm the price. Waited all day, but no one has called me and now the item I wanted to buy with my voucher is out of stock.

  In my entire life, I have NEVER encountered anyone as disgracefully rude as this employee, and I will absolutely NEVER step foot in this pathetic excuse of a place again

  It took a while to get to the end of the queue but we saw a very good sales person who dealt with us in a great way. We managed to get the new game we wanted & trade some other games at a great price 👍🏼

  I stopped by this afternoon to pick up two Family Guy DVDs that I'd seen were in stock online; although it was only a very quick visit, I wanted to leave a positive review as I was pleasantly surprised at how much improvement they'd been in the store compared to when I visited a few years back. The upstairs Film & TV section is massive and has an impressive selection of films, cartoons & shows which are all reasonably priced, many being as low as just £1. It's still by far the best range out of all the stores I've visited. It was well organised and I was able to quickly find the DVDs that I'd come for, it was also very clean, a comfortable temperature (last time I thought it was quite cold) and smelt fresh, you can tell the store is well kept as downstairs looked just as good. I liked how spacious the DVD area was as some stores are quite cramped, it felt a lot more accessible and comfortable to browse in; there's also music playing upstairs too so you're not in an uncomfortable silence, however it's not overwhelmingly loud and instead a chilled atmosphere. There was three members of staff behind the checkout, no queue and I was swiftly served by a polite, friendly guy, I think the only negative that I could give was that for some reason, all of the copies of Family Guy Season 6 had reprinted, 'fake' covers. It didn't look bad or put me off buying but I thought it was a bit strange, especially as I'm sure this was the only DVD title I saw that had reprinted covers. Overall, I had a great experience and I'll definitely be returning in the future as I really like this store 😊
