  I cannot recommend C.A.R.S enough, James and the team have been amazing from start to finish. James was informative and talked me through the whole process and what to expect (it's the first accident I have dealt with). He made it so stress free and even when my insurance let me down, he gave me a curtesy car to have until my car was fixed, again without any stress or worry. It took them a week from start to finish to get it all sorted which I thought was amazing! And the work looks incredible, all shiny and new! My advise would be, if you have an accident, go straight to James at CARS! Go before you get insurance involved as I should have done and I'm certain it'll be a smooth, stress free experience! 1000% would recommend and would definitely go to them first if it were to happen again!

  Took my wife's to C.A.R.S for repairs & James was really polite & honest from the start.Did an excellent job on the car,along with a price i was happy with.Highly recommend C.A.R.S.Thanks to James & his staff.

  James and the lads at CARS Derby are the only place and people you need to go to for car/van body work repairs in the midlands. From start to finish they were great. My VW T5 was written off by my insurance company so I bought it back and these guys bought it back to its former glory for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended A***

  Excellent service from C.A.R.S - a quick and pragmatic fix for my displaced bumper, and no attempt to upsell any cosmetic fixes that they knew I didn’t want. Would definitely recommend!
