  Delighted with the transformation, Dean and his team have worked so hard and also worked cleanly. The house is over 100 years old and threw up a few issues, particularly with some work that had been done by a previous contractor. Dean was very upfront and informative about solutions and work arounds. Whilst the job took longer than initially anticipated the extra work involved was worth it and the finish is excellent. We can highly recommend Ground Up as a reliable and competent team

  Really pleased with the work Dean's team did converting my dull tired garage into a fresh looking extra bedroom. Quick and efficient work, kept it simple as requested and great value coming in under budget meeting all elements requested. Highly recommend for any work and will be keen to use them again for any future jobs.

  Dean and his team are very hard workers. They get the job done to a high standard then clean up carefully. Very happy with the work they did, they have pride in what they do and are neat and tidy.

  We were very happy with the work carried out. This included removing render, completing lime mortar pointing, and replacing old internal plaster with lime plaster. All done to a high standard, very happy with the result and would happily recommend.

  Coal house removal and bricked up door on the side of house. Brilliant service! Communication, pricing, timekeeping and work carried out were all spot on. I'm that happy I've already booked in the get more building work completed. 10/10
