  First time facial. Lovely spotless shop . Made very comfy and Stephanie made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Didn’t know what to expect be she explained every step . Add a wonderful experience. Have booked again for another treatment. Would recommend;) xx

  I have been going to the Bay for a number of years and have always found the staff to be warm, welcoming and very professional. I have just completed a course of treatments and i am very pleased with the results.
