I asked the staff member behind the counter for a wireless controller because they had loads available which arrogantly he said no, but was quite happy to sell me one for £49. I politely asked for the xbox in a bag as it was torrential rain again, just told no. He was rude unhelpful and arrogant and wouldn't give his name when I wanted to complain. Got back home to find the wired controller they provided has stick drift!! This store lacks people skill, I buy alot from cex and this store is the only one I wouldn't go back too. I would recommend traveling abit further to lancaster cex if you want to be respect as a customer as kendal lacks customer skills. Worst store ive been too, definitely won't be going back there.
