🏆JANA - YOU ARE A CREDIT TO YOURSELF AND CEX🏆 I visited the Albany Road shop this evening and was really impressed with the customer service I received from Jana. She genuinely went above and beyond to help me and even though it was nearly closing time, she done so with a smile on her face. I have experienced customer care that i can honestly say is rare to receive and I really appreciated the time and effort she took to help me. Jana is a real credit to the company and deserves to be recognised for the way she looked after me. Thank you, Jana. *S*

Omg The young tester with the multi colored hair eas so obnoxious and rude to me today. She snapped at me when I asked her a question. Terrible attitude! I am uncertain where you find these people who work at Your establishment. But maybe they are losing you profit. The young girl should learn some manners how to speak to people. I won't be returning.

The girl behind the counter has a serious attitude problem. I've met some rude people before but she is unbelievably rude. I don't think she likes people. I won't be going in there again.

Employees usually lovely. Just can’t get over my otherwise Grade A Quest 2 being sold as Grade C for missing a part, yet having the money to re-order tbat part taken from my grade C total, for the item to then be sold Grade A. It’s like nearly a year ago now probably but you can’t forget receiving £60 for a quest 2 and not wanting to argue with two whole employees because well i could make a fool of myself
