  Dr. Lock It, carried out an evening emergency call for an occupier of my rental property. He arrived within 20 minutes of the initial call. The problem was a dropped snib in a night latch which meant it required drilling. Not only was this was completed without any damage to the door, he then vaccumed the entrance area and hallway. Excellant work and great to see such a clean tradesman. Highly recommended.

  Rad was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Standard of work on windows was top-notice and he went the extra mile to sort out a further issue. Reasonably priced and quick to answer call. Would 100% recommend without question. Thank you for providing an exceptional service.

  Fit us in at short notice, could've charged us for so much more but he was honest and didn't do that. Even jump-started the car as well despite only coming out for a car key. Will definitely use again!

  I can't recommend Rad highly enough. I was locked out of my house after a contractor had accidentally damaged the front door while I was at work, leaving me unable to get in when I got home. Rad arrived very quickly, got me back inside, and was able to repair the damage while salvaging the existing lock, meaning I didn't need to replace it or get new keys. Even though I'm renting the property and wasn't paying for the work myself, he was still very mindful of keeping costs down and only did what was genuinely necessary. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was friendly and professional throughout, and cleaned up after finishing the job. The whole experience was as stress-free as it could have been. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a locksmith. I'll also be going back to him for a new car key, as his service was excellent. Thanks again!

  Contacted rad after deciding to get a spare key for my works van after locking my only set In the back , he responded same day and was able to come see me whilst I was at my work place so I didnt have to take time off and programmed me a new 3 button key , excellent service and a top bloke , can’t recommend him enough for the work he done.
