  We have recently used Jess Cornish for commercial conveyancing of a property. It was not a straightforward purchase with many twists and turns on the way. Jess was fantastic throughout, responsive and professional and made the whole process much easier than it could have been. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Paddle and Cocks. On a separate note we have also recently spoken with Verona Cocks who went above and beyond and gave us some invaluable advice. We look forward to working with them again in the near future.

  Business recently partnered with Verona Cocks directly on a complex multi-faceted commercial dispute action which required legal skills across numerous areas of judicial expertise such as included Insolvency, Commercial Contracts and Law, Shareholder Disputes, Fiduciary Duty and related Injunction Action and Fraud. Simply stated her advise and support was exceptional. Not only was she able to get "up to speed" in a very short period of time she became the main key driving and proactive element in ensuring the business addressed and resolved the issues at hand and such as saved the business significant economical cost. Can't recommend highly enough and such as now reverting to her for further advice currently.
