  Mark and crew. Thankyou so much for building our new en-suite. We are so happy with it. You turned a cramped cupboard with a shower into a proper wet room. Your ideas worked brilliantly and your design was spot on. By moving the door to allow room for shower spray it enabled the wet room we wanted; the smaller sink allowed easier access and the new ventilator is quiet and efficient so there will be no more mould. You did a fantastic job and were such a perfectionist leaving everything clean and tidy. Thanks to all the team including Peter the tiler. We are thrilled with the result.

  We have used AVA Building and Construction several times over the years for various smaller projects and, more recently, for our extension. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to answer any questions we had, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. The team were clean, tidy and their workmanship was outstanding throughout. We are absolutely delighted with the finished space and couldn’t be happier with the result. We would not hesitate to use AVA again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy building company.
