I cannot recommend 3 in St Austell enough! I have been going there for 10+ years. The team are so helpful which is very much appreciated. I was extremely nervous when updating my phone twice over the last few years as this coincided with having lost loved ones so photos were incredibly precious. I was worried whether I had backed up to the cloud correctly but Tony and Ant were more than happy to check things through for me and spent a good deal of time helping me set up my new phone. They were both very kind, helpful and above all patient which meant so much. If you're like me (a bit of a dinosaur!), don't worry at all - walk in the shop and you will be looked after. Thanks again guys.

Lost my phone today, in a panic tried to report online, no joy so checking the store opening hours saw I had 30 mins before they closed at 5.30... raced down to the store to find them closed and gone home ..at 5.10... Not impressed!
